St. Anthony's Soccer Club

The Ottawa St. Anthony Italia Soccer Club has been a focal point for the Italian community since 1952, when Fathers Jerome Ferraro and Domenico Fiore formed the St. Anthony Senior Men's Soccer team which participated in the local league.

In 1959, the team was consolidated with another local team named "Italia" to form the Ottawa St. Anthony Italia Senior Men's soccer team. During the 1960s, the Senior Men's team won consistently in the Ottawa league until 1965, when it was entered in the Quebec National Soccer League and won the league title five (5) times.

Although identified as an Italian club, St. Anthony has current and past soccer players of many backgrounds that truly reflect the multicultural fabric of Canada.

Currently, the Ottawa St. Anthony Italia Soccer Club fields both recreation and competitive youth, kids and adult soccer teams. In addition, the club is a centre of entertainment and multicultural events in the Ottawa-Hull area.

Tifosi Motorsports Clubhouse

Ottawa St. Anthony is proud to announce yet one more great community initiative: the creation of its new Motor Sports “TIFOSI” Lounge, Club House and Meeting Room. The brainchild and dream of Enrico Valente and Joseph Ierullo, the lounge was conceived in 2006 and is now fully operational, thanks to donations from TIFOSI.

It has been aptly named the ‘TIFOSI’ Motor Sports Lounge and Clubhouse because it caters to the ‘Enthusiasts and Fans’ of all motor sports and will focus on these passions to make this a Clubhouse for all motor sports clubs to come and enjoy watching, discussing, planning and hosting motor sports activities of all kinds.
